 NOC

Gulberg Green is approved housing society from Capital development Authority (CD). NOC for Gulberg Greens and Gulberg Residencia approved in 2011. Meanwhile, NOC issued by CDA in 2012.

Price Plan

The Price Plan of Gulberg Greens is available on Installment Basis for IB Employees only. Keep in mind that, non-employees of IB have to buy the plots in full payment. There is no installments plan for other than IB employees.

Development Status

This project launched in 2004. The development work started in late 2009. Because of solid development team the developing work is going on at speedy pace. Presently, more than 75% of work is completed. Particularly, BLOCK A, B and C of Gulberg Residencia is ready for Possession. In fact, life is going on at full pace in these blocks.

The bridge joining Gulberg Greens and Gulberg Residencia is already under-construction. The asphalt or paved streets and roads in many blocks almost completed.
