ICHS Town Price Plan is especially designed for the low income people who can’t invest such a large amount of money in any housing schemes. The booking of plots in ICHS Town starts from PKR 50,000 in the form of Down Payment.
Previously there was no installment plan. However, keeping in view the demand of public, 14 monthly installment plan announced. On the other hand, plots of various categories & sizes are available for registered members only. Thus, registration is mandatory in order to book a plot at ICHS Town.
