NOC

Star Enclave has approved NOC from Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA), TMA Potohar Town. The NOC reference number is No.422/TMO. It is approved on August 24, 2009.

Here, keep in mind that the old name of Star Enclave is Rabia Residency. This NOC is also approved by the name of Rabia Residency. However, later on, it is changed to Star Enclave.

Price Plan

The price plan of Star Enclave is consisted of 3 years. The whole amount is payable in monthly as well as semi-annual installments. The booking of the plot started from merely 10% down payment. Moreover, it is followed by confirmation and allocation amount.
