Development Status

The development activities are in its initial stage right now. The investigation of soil at the site location is currently under-process. The well-versed team of engineers are working on the site to assess the soil quality and level.

Along with that the survey work is also going on. HRL is known due to its high quality work. It never starts the actual development work before assessing the ground standard.

Lahore Smart City Booking Procedure

The Plots Booking of Lahore Smart City is closed now. However, it is expected to open soon with new rates.

  • Take out the print of Application form
  • Fill in the required details diligently
  • Attach the copy of CNIC Applicant, CNIC of Nominee and Photo of applicant.
  • Deposit payment in favor of “Future Development Holdings (Private) Limited.
  • Submit all of these documents along with pay order in our office to complete the booking procedure.
